Carolyn Zweben truly has an eye for real estate. She developed her skills while working as an art consultant and appraiser for such notable concerns as the Guggenheim Museum in Soho, the Michael Ingbar Gallery in Soho, and at Eppraisals.com. Those ten years in the art field helped Carolyn develop a keen sense of aesthetic, space and design.

Her partner and husband Paul Zweben started his career in 1979, cooking with passion at some of the finest establishments in the country. In 1993, Paul formed a restaurant partnership which made him a major part of fine dining establishments such as RAIN, CALLE OCHO, BLT PRIME AND DJANGO. That same year, Paul found his second passion, real estate, and bought his first apartment building in what was then the unknown Windsor Terrace section of Brooklyn. He continued to accumulate ownership of deeds and managed multiple residences throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.

The Zweben team is ranked in the Top 5 for gross sales in New York City for Douglas Elliman (DE) in 2017-2007. Carolyn is also in the top 0.5% of all income producers in the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates (PREA) network nationwide. For our Sellers: My goal is always to maximize their profit; 99% of my exclusives are staged in order to have them show their absolute best every time. It is the little touches like serving Veuve champagne at every open house and catering broker evening events for our sellers that enhance the entire experience.
